Frances Paulisch currently offers a set of software engineering trainings. These are on “Software Craftsmanship” and “Software Architecture”.

Frances is active in the global software engineering community e.g. at international conferences and workshops or in publications (see list of selected publications). This includes being a past long-time editor-in-chief of the German software technology magazine OBJEKTspektrum (now ITspektrum) and past program chair of the German software engineering conference “OOP” for many years.

Frances has an extensive background in software engineering, known for driving software topics at Siemens AG and Siemens Healthineers AG before retiring from full-time industry work.
